How to Register Your Volunteer Group
1. Log in or create a Volunteer Portal account.
2. Go to Opportunities and choose the area where you would like to volunteer (Food Shelf, Distribution Center, etc).
3. Read the description and select a shift that fits your team size and interests. Click Respond as Team.
4. If you're a returning group, you can choose your previous group name. If you're new, enter your group name and click Add Me, then assign yourself as the leader (this gives you the ability to manage your team after registration). For youth groups, please add (YOUTH) to your group name. For example: Girl Scout Troop 345 (Youth)
5. Use the drop-down menu to select how many spots you wish to reserve for your group. You don’t need to provide group member names at this point. Click Continue.
6. Confirm the shift date and time you selected, then click Finish.
Your group's shift is now reserved! Once you know your group members, learn how to add them to your team.
